Q.1. what is the difference between “hearing” and “listening”. Briefly describe 2 different examples of each from your own personal or work experience.
Ans: There is a world of difference between hearing and listening. A hearing specialist may, through therapy and devices, enable sounds to become more audible to the human ear. But these kinds of actions have no influence on a person's listening ability. Hearing is a physical process. Listening is a cognitive, emotional skill.

Corollary of Sight:

The sense of sight offers a corollary to understanding the difference between hearing and listening. Eyeglasses may enable a person better to see a signal flag. But, that same person may not understand the message being sent by those waving flags.

Understanding

Understanding is one outcome of the skill of listening. In other words, you may hear what another person is saying, but you may not understand. Understanding is the most basic product of listening.

Empathy

Persons in counseling professions place a high premium on the ability of a counselor to empathize with a client or patient. Counseling 101, whether secular or pastoral, posits that listening is the key to subsequently establishing a level of rapport that leads to a relationship of trust between persons.

Paraphrasing

You may be able to listen and, subsequently, understand another person's story of a life experience. This may even lead to a significant level of empathy on your part toward the other person, but it is not enough. You need to convey to the other person that you have listened to him. The principle way of accomplishing this is to paraphrase (not mere parroting) what you believe the other person has said, letting him know you've listened.

Learning

When you are talking (unless you're asking a question), you are only sharing what you already know. You never learn until you shut up and listen.

Q2. Prepare a project proposal in one page for a market survey to (assess the impact of the fuel price hike on the middle class house hold).

Ans:
TOPIC/ THEME
Assess the impact of fuel price hike on the middle class house hold.

Aims and Objectives
Due to the development of the machineries like vehicles, stoves, lamps, power chain and etc...which reduces human effort in completing many different work but on the other hand as the supply of the fuels are limited but the utility and demand for the fuels are unlimited as the result prices of the fuel goes on increasing rapidly and it won’t be able to control in the near future so, the main aims and objectives of this study are as follows;
a/ to find out the problem faced by the middle class households due to increased fuel price.
-When the people starts to depend more on the fuel based machines, the demand for the fuel will rise systematically as a result the fuel price will go on rising rapidly and the poorer households like middle class households will not be able to afford to buy fuel when it is necessary so, in order to be purchase the fuel they have to face a lot of troubles and this is exactly what we are going to discuss in under this topic.
b/ to find the main reasons for the increase in fuel price.
-We know that the fuel price hike has always been one of the problems in an economic system. And under this objective we are going to discuss why the price of the fuel is going on rising day by day. We are also going to discuss who and what are the factors resulting in the increasing fuel price.
c/ to find out the necessary steps which must be taken in order to overcome the problem of fuel price.
= And the third objective of this case study focuses on the necessary and important steps that have to be taken in order to prevent or to cure the problems which have been troubling the middle class households.
These are the three main important objectives of this project proposal.

Methodology
a/ Problem faced by the middle class households due to increased fuel price.
- Difficult to use fuel as an alternative to electricity.
- Family incomes are spent on buying fuels.
-Students are unable to study on time due to the shortage of fuel when electricity is gone.
-People have to sacrifice other expenditures just to afford fuel.
-starvation for food rises due to shortage of fuel when ever electricity fails.

b/ Reasons for the increase in fuel price.
=limited supply of fuel.
-Fuel can be used for multi-purposes.
-Rapid growth of population and machineries which run by fuel.
-People are being too much dependent on fuel based machines like vehicle, gas cylinder, etc...
-Usage of fuel reduces human afford and time too.
-When the supply for the fuel is less, seller will definitely charge high price.
-

c/ Steps to be taken to control fuel price.
-Human should leave depending upon machines.
-Price of the machineries which are fuel based should be increased.
-people should be provided with enough electricity without long failure gap.
-Equipments like solar panels which don’t require fuel should be brought in use.
-One should prefer to use their body rather than fuel based machines

Conclusion of the project proposal
This is an end to this project proposal and through this study, I would like to make a conclusion that as far as the men use the fuel based machines, the price of the fuel will go on rising leaving great loss and problem to the middle class households.

Moreover being too dependent on fuel has a lot of disadvantages like; it causes different kind of pollution in the environment and makes men more dependent and lazier. Usage of fuel should be done with a lot care because it’s risky and may result into destructions and on top of that cost of the fuel is much expensive to be afforded by middle class households.
So, to prevent human efforts from vanishing in the near future and to safe ourselves from fuel based problems, we should try to ignore the usage of the fuel unless it is necessary.
